This is something we have had to think long and hard about and has changed over time too. We have super small businesses who are just starting out, but then we also have small businesses who have been really successful and are now starting to sell in major retailers.

We currently ship anywhere in the UK, including the islands.

Postage is charged at the courier’s rate and is based on the weight of your order. We are constantly reviewing this to ensure that you are getting the best possible service for the best price.

Unfortunately some parcels do not receive careful treatment in transit. If you receive a damaged or broken item in your box, please contact us and attach details and a photograph of the damaged item’s. We will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. If an identical item is not available, we will offer an alternative item of the same or higher value.
