The boxes will be shipped on the 1st working day of each month. Please contact us if you haven’t received your box by the 7th of each month.

If you require a vegan box, these are available but only in our lucky dip boxes, please use the box as checkout to request vegan and we will do the rest!

We are working on an official vegan box so watch this space!

One of our core values is sustainability, this means that every decision we make as a business takes our impact on the planet into account. All of our packaging is designed to for you to be able to reuse it and if that isn't possible then yes, it can be recycled.

We are always so excited to welcome new small businesses into the team! Whether we can fit you in the boxes or not we still would love to welcome you into our community! Please fill in the form on our "Be in the box" page and we will be in touch!

This is something we have had to think long and hard about and has changed over time too. We have super small businesses who are just starting out, but then we also have small businesses who have been really successful and are now starting to sell in major retailers. We try to be as inclusive as we can, and the only businesses we tend to say no to are MLM businesses as we can’t keep up with all of them!

Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee that your box will be free of any allergens. We strongly recommend that you check all ingredients on a product before using or consuming them to avoid any reactions. If in doubt, please do not use the product and contact us and we will do our best to help.

We currently ship anywhere in the UK, including the islands.

Unfortunately some parcels do not receive careful treatment in transit. If you receive a damaged or broken item in your box, please contact us and attach details and a photograph of the damaged item/s. We will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. If an identical item is not available, we will offer an alternative item of the same or higher value.
